After addiction treatment is complete, individuals enter into what is commonly known as the “aftercare” phase. This is a crucial period for individuals in recovery, as it is a time when they must work to maintain their sobriety and continue building a healthy, fulfilling life.
Ultimately, the aftercare phase is an ongoing process that requires dedication, hard work, and ongoing support. However, with the right tools and resources, individuals in recovery can successfully maintain their sobriety and lead happy, healthy lives free from addiction.
The duration of treatment varies for each client and depends on several factors. While we recommend a minimum stay of 90 days, we understand that this may not be feasible for everyone due to insurance constraints or personal obligations. The average length of stay across all our programs is 25 days, though this can differ between programs.
“As a member of the recovery community, I have been through a few residential programs. During my time in treatment and in long-term recovery, I have met some very patient, compassionate, caring, and loving people. Among the most influential to my own recovery are some of those who founded and work at Rockland Recovery. I owe my life to these folks and the guidance they have given me in the past few years has been instrumental to my continuing sobriety and happiness.”
