Frequently asked question

Do You Accept Insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Please give us a call to discuss your individual insurance plan and treatment options.

What Types of Addiction Treatment are Available?

We provide a range of addiction treatment options for individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. These include partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, medication assisted treatment, dual diagnosis treatment, and comprehensive aftercare services.

How Do I Begin the Admissions Process?

We keep the admissions process as simple as possible. Give us a call and we’ll review treatment options with you. Once you’re approved for treatment, you’ll schedule a time to come in.

Is Treatment Confidential?

Yes! All treatment is completely confidential. Patients are protected by HIPAA and we are not allowed to share your information or treatment details with anyone.

What Happens After Treatment?

After addiction treatment is complete, individuals enter into what is commonly known as the “aftercare” phase. This is a crucial period for individuals in recovery, as it is a time when they must work to maintain their sobriety and continue building a healthy, fulfilling life.

Ultimately, the aftercare phase is an ongoing process that requires dedication, hard work, and ongoing support. However, with the right tools and resources, individuals in recovery can successfully maintain their sobriety and lead happy, healthy lives free from addiction.

How Long Does Treatment Last?

The duration of treatment varies for each client and depends on several factors. While we recommend a minimum stay of 90 days, we understand that this may not be feasible for everyone due to insurance constraints or personal obligations. The average length of stay across all our programs is 25 days, though this can differ between programs.

During my time in treatment and in long-term recovery, I have met some very patient, compassionate, caring, and loving people. Among the most influential to my own recovery are some of those who founded and work at Rockland Recovery.
